I have been
motorcycling for more than 25 years, and when it comes to needing new
tyres, I've encountered the same problems, time & time again :
Having to take the bike to a shop or
tyre depot & waiting around while other customer's work is being
completed or having to leave the bike, catch the bus and collect it
sometime later.
Damage to the wheels & paintwork when
they have been removed from the bike during the changing / balancing
process. I've even taken the trouble of removing the wheels myself to
limit the potential for disaster, taken them by car and still had the
paint damaged by people, who frankly don't take sufficient care!
Out of balance wheels - which is
especially noticeable on the front wheel.
I've had the wheels badly re-fitted
